How not to be a ground person

As someone who has started plenty of babies/greenies in the past, I can tell you that a good ground person is invaluable. I always pick someone I trust, with good horse sense and who can react quickly, in a calm manner if needed.

This girl's ground person did just about everything wrong ... I guess besides just letting go of the horse.

  2. I haven't started the young ones for a couple of years, but that is not how I'd do it at all... I also only came off once when I was doing it, lol.
