USDF Finals/Nationals are mid-November.
Hampton and I are back at it, trying to make out Third level work more polished. More uphill. More cadence. More More more!

So ignore if you feel so inclined. But every little bit does help, as Finals is pretty expensive and I had not budgeted for it over the summer as I didn't think I would qualify!
